Open a Twilio Account (NOT SUPPORTED)

Here are a few steps to help you open a Twilio account so you can use our Telephony integration.

NOTE:|
We support our telephony integration but not Twilio.  Any issues with Twilio such as how to use and configure etc needs to be directed to Twilio and not Adviser CRM.

1. Open a Twilio Account at twilio.com




2. Buy the phone numbers you want.




Once you have purchase your phone numbers Twilio may ask you to authenticate your identity and you will need to follow their process.  This is something we cannot assist you with.

3. Enable Telephony in Adviser CRM from your Setup Area




4. Click Integrate in the Twilio option




5. Copy and paste your Account SID and Auth Token from Twilio to Adviser CRM.





6. Configure your extensions as required.
