1. How to change your user password, if you know your current password;
   
2. How to change your user password, if you do not know your current password
   

For Option 2 just fast forward to 2 minutes 18 seconds

If you get an error when changing your password when you know your current password, you must be using the wrong password, so you should use option 2 and change your password because you do not know your current password.
