Allow Developer access to Adviser CRM

DEVELOPER ACCESS

From time to time we may need Developer Access to your account to help with setup, training or any issues you may encounter.  Please follow these steps to enable developer access.

After you have logged into your CRM the top right click the "Setup" image




You will be presented with a screen of options, but you only need to click Company Details


Then click Developer Access



If you see a button that reads REVOKE ACCESS, this means we already have Developer Access and you can revoke our access by clicking Revoke Access button as per the screenshot below.












If you see a button that reads GRANT ACCESS access, this means we do not have Developer Access and you can grant us access by clicking Grant Access as per the screenshot below.

That's it, once you grant us access, we will access your account and assist you with your initial set up.
YOU CAN DISABLE DEVELOPER ACCESS ANYTIME YOU LIKE BY GOING BACK TO THE SAME SCREEN BUT YOU WILL SEE "REVOKE ACCESS" CLICK REVOKE ACCESS AND WE WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CRM.
