Data migration from Xplan to Adviser CRM

We can migrate your Xplan data to Adviser CRM.  There is a one off cost to do this, so please check with us for current pricing.

XPlan will need to know the following

  1. You will need to request a full data backup from Xplan.
  2. Xplan will let you know when the backup is available to download.
  3. We will download the backup and migrate to Adviser CRM for you.
  4. As far as timing and how soon Xplan can do this, is a question for Xplan
  5. Once Xplan make the download available, we will need a minimum of 5 days to complete the data migration.
  6. Once Xplan have done the backup, you should no longer add any new data into Xplan

Xplan will need to know a couple of things about us, which are;

  1. Xplan will need to know that we are doing the migration for you, and they will need to let us know when the data is ready to be downloaded and the email address they need to give Xplan is support@advisercrm.co.nz
  2. Xplan know our Private IP address for security reasons which is 210.86.3.88
