Where we save your notes and attachments from your previous CRM

When we migrate you from other CRM systems, we save all your notes and emails that have been saved into your previous CRM system, we save then in the Memo section in the Accounts module.

Any previous emails sent to your clients will be synchronised with the Contact record in Adviser CRM, so long as you have not deleted the emails from Outlook or Gmail.  If your old emails are in your inbox or a sub folder of your inbox, we will synchronize them.
