Make email private from sharing

If you are sharing your email with your team, you can exclude specific domains so email that is sent or received from that domain will only be available to you.  You are not able to exclude a specific email address, you can only exclude a domain, for example, you can exclude john@xyz.co.nz but you can exclude xyz.co.nz
 
Go to Setup > Channels > Email
 
 
Click Public - Shared with Everyone and add the domain you want to exclude and if you want to add multiple domains type a comma after the first domain and you can add more domains.  Once you have added the domains you want to exclude click Update.
