How to opt-out your contacts from outbound email
If you want to completely stop sending emails to a contact you can enable the opt-out option in their contact record.  This means no automated emails will get send and you will also not be able to manually send any emails either.
 
Follow these steps
  1. Open the Contact
  2. Scroll down the screen until you get to the email address and the Opt-Out box
  3. Hover your mouse over the Opt-Out box until the little pencil icon shows and click that to edit the Opt-Out box
  4. Click the tick box
  5. Click the blue tick to save the change
