How to import all your product data into Adviser CRM
How to import product data into Adviser CRM. You must make sure you read our guide for each product provider before you import data.
You will need to download your product/supplier data from their online portals or request the data from your BDM.
If you do have access to download the data, please contact your Insurer BDM to get access to your client data to download.
You MUST make sure you have read our guide on how to get your data from each product provider.
After you import the insurer data, you may get errors or duplicate records which are caused by the following.
We cannot and are not responsible for any discrepancies of data between your Insurer and what you may already have in Adviser CRM. We will however, fix any errors that you may get.
