How to get your Chubb Data
You need to request an eBroker download of your client data from your Chubb BDM
Important notes you need to understand BEFORE you import your data
Chubb does not offer any data downloads directly from the adviser area of their website so you need to request your data from your Chubb BDM and ask them for an E-Broker Download of your client data.
The data you get from your Chubb BDM will contain three files as follows;
- Client file
- Policy file
- Benefit file
Our Chubb import tool allows for all three files to be uploaded at the same time.
