You will need to contact your BDM to obtain a copy of your Stylecover data. Attached at the bottom of this article is a sample file that you can download and send to your Stylecover BDM and ask them for your client data that matches the file you send them.
When you get your file from your BDM, it is advisable to check it and make sure it matches our sample file.
