How to download Asteron Data
Understanding your Asteron data
Your Asteron data file only contains In Force policies, so if you have existing Asteron policies in Adviser CRM and they have since been cancelled, lapsed etc, these will not get updated to their current status because the data only contains In Force policies.
You will need to manually update your Asteron policies to any status other than In Force, and remember, you will need to update the Policy Status and the Life Benefits Status as well.
What's included in your Asteron data
- Contacts details as follows
- Contact name
- Address
- Date of birth
- Mobile phone
- Home phone
- Policy details as follows
- Product name
- Policy number
- Issue date
- Premium frequency
- Policy status (In Force Only)
- Benefit details as follows
- Person insured
- Sum assured
- Benefit name
- Benefit premium
- Issue date
- Status (In Force Only)
What is not included in your Asteron data
- Policy or benefit status
- Contact gender
- Contact smoking status
- Contact occupation
- Loadings or exclusions
Downloading your Asteron data
You can download policy data from the Asteron Adviser area at the following link https://online.adviser.asteronlife.co.nz/
