How to download Partners Life data
Downloading and understanding your Partners Life data
Out of all the insurers data downloads, Partners Life provide the most data. You cannot open the Partners Life data file because it is not an Excel or CSV file, it is an XML file which is our preferred format and an industry wide preferred format when exchanging data between two different systems.
Unlike a lot of other insurers, Partners Life give you data for all policies, including policies that are not In Force so any policies that have been cancelled or lapsed will also get updated to the correct status in Adviser CRM . For example, if the policy has been cancelled, lapsed etc then the next data import will change the policy and benefits from In Force, to their new status of lapsed, cancelled etc so you do not have to maintain your policy and benefit statuses manually.
