How to connect your Microsoft 365 email account
Microsoft 365 (formally known as Office 365)
To synchronise your Microsoft 365 (M365) email account with Adviser CRM, please follow the instructions in the following video. You will need to know your current username/email address and password for your Microsoft 365 account.
Once you connect your M365 account we will synchronise all your email with your Contacts and Leads inside Adviser CRM. You will also be able to send email from Adviser CRM and keep a fill email history with your Contacts and Leads.
Prerequisites
Before you connect, you need to make sure you have the following:
- You must have Administrative Permissions.
- You need to enable SMTP Authentication (see related article below)
