Error when trying to read emails

There are a couple of common errors when trying to read email from within Adviser CRM which are as follows;
 
Your email has been deleted (or similar deleted message)
This means exactly that.  Your email has been deleted from you email account.  In other words if you delete an email from your email account, it is able to be read if you try and open it in Adviser CRM.  Remember, we syncronise your email account, we do not save copies of the email.
 
Unable to process your request.
We connect your email account to Adviser CRM, so if you change your password, you may need to re-log your email account back to Adviser CRM.  Check the links below to reconnect your email account.
