How to opt-out your contacts from outbound email
If you want to completely stop sending emails to a contact you can enable the opt-out option in their contact record. This means no automated emails will get send and you will also not be able to manually send any emails either.
Follow these steps
- Open the Contact
- Scroll down the screen until you get to the email address and the Opt-Out box
- Hover your mouse over the Opt-Out box until the little pencil icon shows and click that to edit the Opt-Out box
- Click the tick box
- Click the blue tick to save the change
