How to get your Unimed data

You will need to request your data from your Unimed BDM

You will need to request your data from your Unimed BDM. You must check and make sure that the columns in your source file, match the columns in the sample file that you can download below.
 
  
Once you receive the file, it is advisable that you check to make sure they sent you the correct information.
 

What is included in your Unimed data

  1. Contact details as follows
    1. Contact name
    2. Address
    3. Date of birth
    4. Mobile
    5. Phone
    6. Email
  2. Policy details as follows
    1. Product name
    2. Policy number
    3. Issue date
    4. Premium frequency
    5. Premium amount
  3. Benefit details as follows
    1. Person insured
    2. Benefit name
    3. Premium frequency
    4. Premium amount

What is not included in you Unimed data

  1. Policy or benefit status
  2. Sum assured
  3. Contact smoking status
  4. Contact occupation
  5. Any loadings or exclusions
  6. No excess details (but the excess is usually added to the benefit name
