How to download Fidelity Life data

Understanding your Fidelity Life Data before you download it and import it into Adviser CRM.

There are two files you need to download;

  1. Download "My Clients" which is data from the old Fidelity system.
  2. Download "Tahi" which is data from the new Fidelity System

What is included in your Fidelity Life data

  1. Contact details as follows
    1. Name
    2. Date of birth
    3. Address
    4. Email
    5. Smoking status
    6. Gender
  2. Policy details as follows
    1. Product name
    2. Policy number
    3. Issue date
    4. Premium
    5. Premium frequency
    6. Policy status (In Force Only)
  3. Benefit details as follows
    1. Benefit name
    2. Benefit premium
    3. Sum Assured
    4. Person insured
    5. Issue date
    6. Benefit status (In Force Only)
    7. Special Terms Indicator
    8. Loadings as a percentage

What is not included in your Fidelity Life data

  1. Policy or benefit status
  2. No contact phone numbers
  3. Wording for any special terms.
  • Fidelity Life only provide data downloads for In Force policies only.
  • This means if a policy changes it's status from In Force to another status such as Cancelled, then the policy data will no longer be included in the data downloads.
  • This also means you will need to update the Policy and Life Benefits status manually in Adviser CRM.
 

Download "My Clients"

  • Click My Clients (1)
  • Click the Policy Report (2) option to download your data.
This file will be sufficient to import into Adviser CRM, you do not need to do anything with this file.

Download "Tahi"

Click Customers and Policies then, Customer Report

Hover your mouse over the top right corner (see image below) until you see the three dots, then click the three dots

    After you click the three dots, you will see another menu option (see image below) and click Export Data
     
     
    The click Export as per the image below.
     
     
    Then save the file to your computer, and upload to Adviser CRM when you are ready.
