How to connect Microsoft 365 Email

To synchronise your Microsoft 365 (M365) email account with Adviser CRM, please follow the instructions in the following video.  You will need to know your current username/email address and password for your Microsoft 365 account.
 

Once you connect your M365 account we will synchronise all your historical mail with your Contacts and Leads inside Adviser CRM.

You will also be able to send email from Adviser CRM and keep a full email history with your Contacts and Leads.
 
    You must have Admin Permissions, and SMTP Authentication enabled.
