Microsoft Edge
1. Click the three dots at the top right of your web browser
2. Then click Delete browsing data
3. Make sure All Time is selected
4. Make sure Cached images and files are selected and the three other options are not selected. Clicking each option will select and de-select them
5. Click Clear now
Close the pop up windows you just opened and it would be advisable to close your web browser properly and then re-open it, but in most cases this is not necessary.
