When you try to open an email or send an email, you may get an error like the one below.
 
 

Steps to Follow

If you get this error, please follow the steps below.
  1. Log out of Adviser CRM.
  2. Clear your browser cache (see this article)
  3. Log back in.
  4. Check for errors.
