Download a copy of your backup
You can download a copy of your data backup and store on your local computer as an extra precaution your client data. After you have complete your backup you will see two files, one call Data_001.zip and one Attachments_001.zip
Each Attachments.zip file is 1GB in size, so if you are have 3GB of file storage, your backup will have Attachments_001.zip Attachments_002.zip and Attachments_003.zip and so on.
Click the file you want to download and save to your computer. These files are only available to download within 7 days of the backup and after that you cannot download them and you will have to wait for the next backup or click Download Immediately to create another backup.
You can have 2 free backups per month, if you try and do another backup you will get a message that will read "Number of backups exceeded. Please contact support@advisercrm.co.nz for more information" which means you have already had your two free backups for the month. You can contact us and we can arrange another backup for a cost of $10 +GST per additional back up
