Allow Developer access to Adviser CRM
We cannot access your client data or your account, unless we do one of two things;
- A Zoom, or some other remote meeting with you or;
- You give us temporary Developer Access
From time to time we may need Developer Access to your account to help with setup, training or any issues you may encounter. Please follow these steps to enable developer access.
Remember, you can Revoke Access anytime you like
After you have logged into your CRM the top right click the "Setup" image

You will be presented with a screen of options, but you only need to click Company Settings

Click Developer Access

Grant Us Access
If you see a button that reads GRANT ACCESS access, this means we do not have Developer Access and you can grant us access by clicking Grant Access as per the screenshot below.
Revoke Access
If you see a button that reads REVOKE ACCESS, this means we already have Developer Access and you can revoke our access by clicking Revoke Access button as per the screenshot below.
That's it, once you grant us access, we will access your account and assist you.
